Our mission at Mitsubishi Electric is to be the best and most comprehensive provider of technical training to our customers. Our service courses blend comprehensive and systematic technical immersion with focused hands-on equipment experience.

As a result, students walk away both certified and confident in their abilities to install and service our CITY MULTI and Mr. Slim products.

NATE-Certified Training

Our service training program is now a recognized provider for NATE recertification.

Students can earn 24 hours toward NATE recertification by completing the Mr. Slim M&P Service Course.

To receive your NATE recertification hours, you must bring your NATE Identification number with you when you attend the service course.
