Sean Dwyer
Sean Dwyer, our Eastern Region Service Manager, has over 25 years of HVAC industry experience and has been a member of the Mitsubishi Electric team since 1990. Prior to joining our team, Sean worked with an upstate New York HVAC contractor for three years. Before that he started and ran his own HVAC and Refrigeration contracting company in Little Rock, Arkansas, after leaving the United States Air Force, where he served as an HVAC systems technician and instructor. Sean's hobbies include fishing and participating in community improvement projects throughout the Northeast, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. He is married with three children and currently lives in Scotia, New York. Sean holds an HVAC Job Certificate from Adirondack Community College.

Paul Gradillas
Paul Gradillas, our Central U.S. and Latin America Regional Service Manager, has over 31 years of HVAC industry experience and has been a member of the Mitsubishi Electric team since 1994. Prior to joining our team, Paul was an HVAC systems technician for the United States Air Force, where he installed, serviced, and maintained all types of air conditioning systems from aircraft systems and window units to chillers and centrifugal systems. In addition to servicing HVAC systems, Paul served five years as an instructor for the Air Force's HVAC systems school. Paul's hobbies include auto mechanics and golfing. He is married with six children and currently lives in Surprise, Arizona. Paul holds an Associates degree in Occupational Technology from Vernon Regional College and an Associates degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration from the Community College of the Air Force.

Curt Griffin
Curt Griffin, our Western Area Service Manager, worked for a Mitsubishi Electric distributor for over three years prior to joining our team in 2005. His responsibilities were to assist customers on our products. Curt was an original member of our Diamond Service Group and has a great deal of training experience in compressor troubleshooting, refrigeration cycle diagnostics, R410A refrigerant, NATE certification and basic electricity.

Jim Jordan
Jim Jordan, one of our Technical Support Advisors, has over 12 years service tech experience in residential and light commercial service and installation. Equipment includes traditional AC, heat pumps, dual fuel, zone systems, geo thermal, humidification, dehumidification, and indoor air quality. Jim is married with three children and currently lives in Monroe GA. His main hobbies include spending time at church, football and fishing. Jim holds an HVAC certificate from Gwinnett Technical College.

Robert Serafin
Robert Serafin, our Central U.S. Area Service Manager, has over 12 years of HVAC industry experience and has been a member of the Mitsubishi Electric team since 2005. Prior to joining our team, Robert worked as co-owner and operator of his family-owned construction business. Robert directed and coordinated the installation of all commercial and residential HVAC systems. Robert’s hobbies include auto mechanics and carpentry. He is married with three children and currently lives in North Aurora, Illinois.

Darrell Smith
Darrel Smith, one of our Area Service Managers, has been in the HVAC industry for 29 years. Starting right out of high school, Darrell installed his first Mr. Slim in the 1980s; he loved the product then and still loves it today. Darrell was the owner of a service and installation company for over 16 years. He considers himself a service technician at heart, so he never tires of teaching and answering service calls from fellow technicians.
